Refund & Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- It must be in its original packaging
Non-returnable items:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error)
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

- Returns made more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Sale Items
- Only regular priced items may be refunded
- Sale items are not eligible for a refund
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To exchange:

- Send your item to the address provided by our support team upon request
Gifts
- If the item was a gift shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return
- If the gift was not shipped directly to you, the refund will go to the gift giver
Shipping Returns
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
Mail your product to the address provided by our support team upon request
You are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable)
For expensive items, consider trackable shipping or insurance
